Ingredients
- Banana - 3 nos
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Cashew nuts - 10 nos
- Raisins - 10 nos
- Ghee - 5 tbsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Maida - 1 cup
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
Method
Peel the bananas. Mix maida in water to make a thick paste.
Heat a pan and add sugar, grated coconut and cashew nuts and raisins. Stir it well in very low flame for about 5 minutes.
Make a slit in the banana vertically, make sure that it does not part the banana into two pieces. Into the slit put the coconut mix and seal it with the maida paste. Stuff all the bananas in the same manner.
Heat ghee in a pan place all the stuffed bananas into the pan and shallow fry till it becomes golden brown.
Remove from pan and serve.
